另外回汇完款后曾写信寄给徐振东老师，让他注意查收汇款，不知道为何他之字未提。

Based on this case, I would like to know what information those verification volunteers collected before they start their trips. I am sure they have the students\' information. Do they also have donators\' information? For example, when did they send the money, how much did they send,  did they know whether someone took the money, did they write to either the student or the school, who did they address to, did they get reply from the student or the school, and etc. I suggest that the verification volunteers should have both sides\' information. It will reduce misunderstanding, misinterpretting, and improve the efficiency.

对于外出复查的义工，或者网友，我们都会提交一分复查资料。其中包括受助方的信息（如，年级，家庭地址，学校地址，家长姓名等等），和资助人一方的信息（包括汇款次数，汇款金额，汇款时间等等）。还有我们提供的复查问题。如果这个孩子的资助反馈等信息都很全，那么一般就没什么复查问题。只是请复查人去看看是否和反馈的信息一致。如果孩子的反馈信息不全，我们会提供“资助存在问题”，请复查人注意重点核查。（如孩子反应没有收到资助，或者没有反馈等等）但是一些具体的资助人个人信息，如资助人留给我们的联系方式，姓名等，我们是不能提供给复查的网友的。提供给复查人的，只是资助人在论坛的认捐id。

不过这些信息可能还是不够具体。尤其对于某些有积压问题的孩子。而且各个资助人的要求也不一样。这些我们会在以后的工作中注意，争取改进。

After reading your message, it seems like that volunteers got information from loh. Then my next two questions are: 1) how does loh collect each donator\'s status? Did each donator report to loh whether they got evidence that the money sent out has been already received by someone, or whether they got letters from either the student or the school? 2) how detailed is each student-donator pair\'s information given out to volunteers? What about if a donator has some special concerns? For example, if I got a letter from the student but the letter was typed in and printed out by a computer, I would like to know whether the letter was really written by that student.

Is it feasible that before a volunteers start the trip he/she posts a message here to inform those donators about the trip and allows donators to send him/her messages personally (or by other means) about their status and requests?

Definitely this method will add works to those volunteers. He/she needs to post a notice, set up a deadline of collecting status, and organize all the information he/she gets. I am not sure whether this method conforms to loh\'s policy either. If not, please forgive me.

首先谢谢您的问题，您想的非常周到。一个一个来吧。

第一，我们每个学期开始的时候都会发汇款通知给资助人。绝大部分资助人都会回复我们的信，或者来论坛留言，告诉我们他们的汇款信息。您可以看我们工作论坛置顶的帖子中有一个开的帖子已经开始收集新学期的汇款信息了。也有部分资助人收到了邮局，汇款被领取的回执，也会告诉我们。但是这样的不是大多数。

我们有自己的渠道核查孩子是不是收到了汇款。每个学期开始后，我们的义工都会给孩子所在学校发信，核查孩子是否收到资助。我们也会把核查的信息通知给资助人。

第二，我们收到的资助信息包括学校的来信，证明，学费收据，孩子或孩子家人的来信等等。我们有专门负责收信的义工，他把收到的这些资料全部扫描，上传到希望之光的资料库中。有专门的义工用email的形式，把这些扫描件发送给资助人查阅。所以资助人看到的实际是信件的原件。虽然不能拿到手。当然，如果资助人提出要查看原件，我们也会把资料的愿件邮寄给资助人。

第三，您看我们论坛置顶的帖子，有希望之光的工作情况简报。有复查消息的时候，我们都会提前告知大家。一般我们提交给复查人的资料中都包括了我们能想到的问题。在复查人核查的过程中，调查组会有义工一直负责和他们的联络。一般是电话，或者手机短信。当然有时候复查人深入山区，也会有几天不能收到短信，手机无信号等问题。不过一般联络都能保证。复查人回来后，会按正轨的格式提交复查报告，大部分复查人还会撰写调查附记。这些资料我们也有以email的形式发送给资助人查阅的。有些网友复查后，会把他们的调查报告贴在版上，现在我们版上就有好几个复查报告，您可以看看。
